Yushan Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese whisky from Nantou Distillery, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The nose offers floral honey, peaches and cream, with vanilla and buttery apple pie. On the palate there is soft caramel, vanilla pod and lime zest, with a good peppery spice. The finish brings a burst of mandarin citrus with a little nutmeg.
