Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask Single Malt Taiwanese Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese single malt from the Nantou distillery, named after Yushan, also called Jade Mountain, the highest peak in Taiwan. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The spirit is distilled in a Scottish copper Forsyth pot still and matured in bourbon casks, with no added colour or filtration. The nose is floral, with honeysuckle and vanilla. The palate is delicate, with creamy vanilla caramel, a hint of spice and zesty orange. The finish balances vanilla, malt and tangerine.
