Aber Falls Single Malt Sherry Cask comes from the first whisky distillery in North Wales in over 100 years. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has an amber gold colour.
The nose brings vanilla and toffee, candied citrus fruits, fig and sultana, with a gentle hint of clove. Sweet sherry notes run through the palate, alongside dried fruit and spice, forest fruits, creamy malt, nuts, dark chocolate and espresso. The finish is long, with lingering dried fruit and a subtle touch of spice.
