A Welsh single malt from Aber Falls, a distillery in north Wales founded in 2018. It is the first bottling in the distillery's core range, made from local water and barley and distilled in copper stills. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The nose is soft and fruity, with apple, pear and fig alongside vanilla and spice. On the palate it is a young, balanced malt with fruity, spicy and malty notes, plus a touch of nuts and coffee. The finish leans towards wood.
