This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from Aberlour, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 by Murray McDavid for its Benchmark series. It was matured in Ximénez-Spínola Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and 901 bottles were filled at a cask strength of 57.2% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour. The sherry casks are associated with fig syrup, treacle, dark berries, espresso and warming spice, set against Aberlour's fruity, chocolatey spirit.
