This is a 15 year old Highland Park from Orkney, selected and bottled by the independent bottler The Alchemist at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose offers smoked malt, honey, dried fruit and spiced vanilla. On the palate come ripe apples, caramel, light sherry and a salty, mineral edge. The finish is long, balanced and gently smoky.
