Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico from Cuvage is a sparkling wine made by the traditional method and aged in the cellars of the Cuvage winery. It comes in a 1500 ml magnum with a protective case. The wine shows a bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose there are delicate notes of citrus, dried fruit and bread crust from extended lees ageing. The palate is fresh and lively, with good structure and marked acidity balancing the creamy mousse, with green apple, pear and an almond finish.
