Cuvage Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico is an Italian sparkling wine from the Alta Langa hills, made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay using the Metodo Classico. Bottle fermentation and long ageing on the lees give complexity and finesse. It is bright straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. The nose has white flowers, yeast, bread crust, dried fruit and honey. On the palate it balances freshness, structure and savouriness, with a long, enveloping finish. It suits refined aperitifs, raw or cooked fish and fresh cheeses. This Jeroboam comes in a wooden case.
