Cuvage Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Rosé Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico Jeroboam

A sparkling rosé from Cuvage, made from Nebbiolo in the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC area and vinified by the Metodo Classico. It is presented in a Jeroboam with a wooden case. The long ageing on the lees gives this Brut an enveloping structure and remarkable fine perlage. It has an intense powder-pink colour, clear and bright, with a complex bouquet of small red fruits, dog rose and delicate bread crust notes. On the palate it offers vibrant freshness balanced by mineral precision, with an elegant, persistent finish and creamy mouthfeel. It is suited to exclusive aperitifs or dishes based on fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
