Cuvage Blanc de Blancs Piemonte DOC Brut Metodo Classico is a sparkling wine made exclusively from white grapes, typically Chardonnay. It is presented in a 1.5 litre magnum with a gift box.
It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows delicate white flowers, citrus notes and a light hint of bread crust from ageing on the lees. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with pleasant acidity and a dry, mineral finish.
