Blanc de Blancs Piemonte DOC Brut Metodo Classico - Cuvage

This is a sparkling wine from Cuvage, made exclusively from white grapes and produced by the Metodo Classico, with bottle fermentation and long ageing on the lees. It is pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and delicate, with white flowers, citrus, green apple, bread crust and yeast. The palate is fresh and creamy, with fine bubbles, good acidity, citrus fruit and light mineral notes. It works as an aperitif and also with fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
