Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Rosè Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico - Cuvage (1.5L)

A sparkling rosé from Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, made by Cuvage using the traditional method. It comes in a 1500 ml Magnum bottle and is presented in an elegant case. In the glass it is bright antique pink with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers fresh red fruits such as wild strawberries and raspberries, with notes of freshly baked bread crust from ageing on the lees. The palate is slender and savoury, with remarkable freshness balanced by pleasant creaminess, and a persistent, harmonious finish with light almond hints. It suits an aperitif, fish and shellfish starters and delicate risottos.
