Amahagan World Malt Kabukiza Edition Sherry Cask (70cl, 47%)

Amahagan World Malt Kabukiza Edition is a limited Japanese release matured in sherry casks and bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It was made in collaboration with the Kabukiza, the well-known Kabuki theatre in Ginza, Tokyo. The palate moves from sweet to dry, with a slight smokiness and salt, bitter chocolate and a hint of prune. A powerful start with wild spice gives way to fresh citrus over time. The finish begins strongly, then turns smooth and relaxed, with a fresh woody aroma and mild milk chocolate.
