Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Tommasi (37.5cl)

An Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG from Tommasi, in a 37.5 cl format. It is made in the heart of Valpolicella Classica from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, selected and dried by the traditional appassimento method. This concentrates sugars and aromas, giving a rich, enveloping structure with complex aromas of ripe cherry, sweet spices and balsamic notes. Ageing in oak barrels adds elegance and softness. On the palate it is intense, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with red meats, aged cheeses and structured dishes.
