Valpolicella Classico

A red wine from Tommasi, from the historic Valpolicella area north of Verona. It is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, with controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing in steel tanks to preserve the aromatic balance and bright acidity typical of the area. In the glass it is clear ruby red, with aromas of fresh red fruit, light spice and floral notes. On the palate it is vibrant, soft and easy to drink, suited to Venetian dishes such as risottos, white meats and cured meats. A versatile wine that expresses the classic Valpolicella terroir.
