This is a five-year-old Amrut single cask Indian single malt, the Sydney edition, drawn from cask 8834. Only 240 bottles were produced, each at a cask strength of 60% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is unfiltered. Water was added slowly and the whisky left to settle before bottling, so that it keeps its fatty acids and lipids. Some sediment may occasionally appear in the bottle, which is natural.
