This is a seven-year-old single malt from Amrut in India, distilled in 2014 and bottled in September 2021 at 60% ABV. It is a Special Limited Edition selected by La Maison du Whisky.
The whisky was drawn from a single ex-Caroni rum cask, number 5144, and 150 bottles were filled.
Amrut began distilling whisky in the 1980s and was the first distillery in India to do so. It launched its single malt in Europe in 2004.
