Amrut – 7 Year Old 2015/2022 Oloroso Cask #3822 (60%)

This is a 7-year-old Indian single malt from Amrut, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 60%. The malt is lightly peated and was matured in an Oloroso sherry cask. It was prepared as an exclusive bottling for Europe, and 480 bottles were filled. The Oloroso cask gives the whisky a dark-fruit, nutty character. Amrut was the first distillery in India to make genuine single malt on a national scale.
