Amrut Cask Strength 2019 is an Indian single malt whisky from Batch 97, bottled in February 2019 at 61.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines biscuit, fruit, fig rolls and spice, with Werther's Originals and a near-minty edge. On the palate come biscuit, fruit, citrus, malt, a light tarriness and toffee. The finish brings apricot, spice and blackcurrant tea.
