This is a seven-year-old whisky from Amrut, the Bangalore distillery in India, matured in an ex-bourbon cask from 2012 to 2020. It was bottled at 60% ABV in an edition of 108 bottles.
The nose combines bacon and citrus with spices and fine wood. On the palate it is creamy and exotic, with notes of French toast, milky coffee and peony. The finish is rich and spicy.
