Amrut – Fusion X (70cl, 50%)

Amrut Fusion X is an Indian single malt made for the 10th anniversary of Amrut Fusion. It was created by maturing the original Fusion for a further four years in former PX sherry casks, and is bottled at 50% ABV. The release coincided with the birthday of Amrut's late chairman, Neelakanta Rao R Jagdale, who created the formula for the original Fusion and became known as the father of Indian single malt whisky. The bottle is a porcelain one made by Wade in England, decorated with a sketch of him, with a cork from Portugal and an NFC chip that shows whether it has been opened. The edition is limited to 1,010 bottles worldwide.
