This is Amrut Peated Indian Single Malt, made from peated barley and bottled at a cask strength of 62.8% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Batch No. 52, bottled in August 2019.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Smoke and peat lead the flavour, supported by malt, spice, toasted wood and a slightly sweet undertone. A drop of water opens it up.
