A cask strength peated single malt distilled in India by Amrut, in a 70cl bottle at 62.8% ABV.
It is made from Scottish barley that was malted and dried in an intense peat kiln at Port Ellen.
The nose is powerful, with camphor, roasted walnuts, lemon and spice. The palate is round, with peat smoke, coffee and milk chocolate, then candied fruit and florals. The finish is long, with vegetal and herbaceous notes followed by tar and disinfectant.
