Amrut 'Whack a Mole Cask' is a single cask Indian single malt from Amrut Distilleries in Bangalore, selected by Rohit and Whack A Mole. It was distilled in March 2018 from unpeated six-row Indian barley, matured for eight years in a single ex-bourbon cask and bottled on 6 March 2026.
It comes at natural cask strength in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration or added colouring.
The nose is tropical, with mango, ripe banana, honeyed barley, vanilla bean, toasted oak and a little warm coconut. The palate has butterscotch, tropical fruit salad, baking spices, caramel and malted cereal sweetness. The finish is long and warm, with sweet oak spice, dried fruit, vanilla and toasted barley.
