An Islay Battlehill 15 Years Old (46%)

This is a 15-year-old single malt from the Scottish island of Islay, bottled by Duncan Taylor in its Battlehill series. It comes without filtration or added colour, at a strength of 46%. The series commemorates Battlehill, a landmark in Huntly, the north-east Scottish town where Duncan Taylor is based. The hill near Slioch is associated with a battle in December 1307 in the struggle for the throne between Robert the Bruce and John Comyn, Earl of Buchan.
