anCnoc 16 Year Old is a single malt made at Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle.
It spends all sixteen years of its maturation in ex-bourbon casks, and its colour is a deep gold with amber edges.
The nose is toffee apples, orange citrus and sweet honey. On the palate, fresh apple gives way to spiced vanilla and butterscotch that lingers.
