- Port wine barrel finish
Angel's Envy Bourbon is finished in port wine barrels and comes in a 375ml bottle. The colour is gold with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone, and the port finish adds subtly distinct flavour nuances without challenging the whiskey.
The nose offers subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts. On the palate there are vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate, and the finish is clean and lingering, with a hint of Madeira.
