Angel's Envy Port Cask Finish is an American bourbon matured for six years in American oak. It then spends a few further months in ruby port casks from Portugal.
The port finish adds a soft, fruity layer to the bourbon without overpowering its original character.
In the glass it is warm and sweet, with vanilla, raisins and maple syrup, together with hints of roasted nuts, red fruit and dark chocolate.
