Angel's Envy Single Barrel Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon, hand-selected as a single barrel for BSW Liquor and Whisky Explorer. It is bottled at 110 proof in a 75cl bottle.
In keeping with the brand's approach to secondary finishing, the bourbon is aged first in new charred American white oak, then given a final maturation in ruby port casks from Portugal.
Vanilla, toasted nuts and dark stone fruit such as plums and cherries lead the flavour, with baking spice and charred oak running into a lingering finish.
Tasting Notes
