Archie Rose – Rye Malt Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Archie Rose Rye Malt is an Australian whisky made from malted rye and malted barley, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Both grains came from carefully chosen malt houses. The spirit was matured in virgin American oak casks that had been air-dried for 36 months, in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. It is described as layered and aromatic, with spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie. A fresh herbal finish lingers on the palate.
