Archie Rose – Single Malt Whisky Batch 2

Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky Batch 2 is an Australian single malt made from a mash bill of six malts, rather than the one or two used in most whiskies. Each of the six has its own profile and character. Archie Rose holds that malt makes a vital contribution to the final flavour. The six-malt mash is very low yielding, but is said to give a richer, more expressive whisky with distinct regional character.
