Archie Rose – Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

A single malt whisky from Archie Rose, the Australian distillery founded in 2015 by Will Edwards, in a 70cl bottle. Edwards was inspired by visits to distilleries in New York and Brooklyn in 2012, and he learned from distillers in Tasmania and pioneers of Australian distilling. He asked Peter Bailly to hand build three copper pot stills, which run on gas and use steam to heat the wash. Dave Withers is the master distiller, in what was his first role leading distilling.
