Archie Rose – Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Archie Rose Single Malt is an Australian single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, made from a mash bill of six malts, each chosen for its own profile and character. It is matured mainly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (sherry) casks, alongside ex-bourbon casks and ex-rye casks that Archie Rose air-dried for 36 months. Each cask is coopered with its own balance of char and toast. On the nose there are fresh herbs, shortbread, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate. The palate brings sticky date pudding and amaretto, ending on espresso.
