Asti DOCG Millesimato - Cuvage

A sparkling wine from Cuvage, made from Moscato Bianco grapes grown in the hills of Asti. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intense and complex, dominated by floral notes of orange blossom and orange flower, with fruity hints of white peach, apple and citrus, plus a spicy touch of sage and nutmeg. On the palate it offers sweetness balanced by lively acidity, with a soft, creamy structure and delicate effervescence. It pairs well with fruit desserts, dry pastries and leavened sweets, and also works as a refined aperitif.
