ASW Fiddler Toasted is a 6.5 year old straight bourbon bottled at cask strength. It uses the same foraged high-wheat bourbon as Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon.
That bourbon is finished in toasted barrels, with toast levels and time in the barrel varying. Its 45 per cent wheat content is unusual for bourbon, and gives a sweet, smooth profile even at cask strength.
