Baker's 7 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53.5%)

Baker's 7 Year Old is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the James B. Beam Distilling Company in Clermont, Kentucky, in a 750ml bottle. It is named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam, and was one of the four bourbons in the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection that Booker Noe created in 1992. Since 2019 it has been a true single barrel bourbon. It is bottled at 107 proof, with only Kentucky limestone water added and no colour or flavouring. The label gives the barrel's serial number, warehouse, floor and rack, and the age. The nose is oak-forward and warm. The palate brings caramel, vanilla, peanut brittle, baking spice, butterscotch, cinnamon and a nutty note.
