Balvenie Caribbean Cask is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery is named after the nearby Balvenie Castle and lies in Dufftown. It was built in 1892 by William Grant & Sons from the remains of the castle's ruined guest house, and Glenfiddich is often described as its bigger sibling.
It has eight stills, and Kininvie distillery has occupied the same site since 1990. Water for Balvenie comes from the Robbie Dubh spring.
