Big Peat Winter Edition 2026 is a limited Islay blended malt Scotch whisky, 10 years old and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for 16 months in carefully selected French red wine casks, which are described as reflecting the elegance and maturity of a fine wine vintage, with Islay character still at its core.
Big Peat comes from Douglas Laing, an independent family company founded in 1948 and now in its third generation.
