Big Peat is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malts from Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen, and is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring.
It is known for bold, smoky flavours with a surprisingly sweet undertone. The palate is peaty and smoky, with ash, sweet tar and a hint of salty sea air. The finish is long and phenolic.
