Big Peat Winter Edition 2025 is an Islay blended malt finished in Madeira wine casks, in a 70cl bottle at a natural cask strength of 53.6% ABV.
It is a limited release, bottled in its natural colour and without chill filtration. The character is smoky and coastal, set against a sweet, sun-ripened depth from the Madeira.
