Black Bottle Island Smoke is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46.3% ABV. It arrived in early 2021 as part of the Black Bottle Alchemy Series.
As the name suggests, it is a smoky dram, with an Islay character that will appeal to drinkers who like peat.
The nose is described as coastal air, scorched oak and seaweed, alongside a vanilla-rich sweetness and flashes of spice.
