Red Snake is an 8 year old Raw Cask single malt from Blackadder, bottled at 60.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Giving it a few minutes in the glass lets it open up. Light salty notes then join citrus fruit, green apple, caramel, pine needles and oak, among much else. It is a robust whisky without sharp edges.
