Booker's Small Batch Bourbon (75cl)

Booker's Small Batch Bourbon is a barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co., in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled uncut and without chill filtration, taken from the centre of the rackhouses at Jim Beam. Sixth-generation Master Distiller Booker Noe first made it as a private gift for friends and family, before it was released more widely. It is deep amber-bronze in colour, with a rich, viscous mouthfeel. The nose brings vanilla, roasted nuts, brown sugar, toasted oak, baking spices and a little leather. On the palate, high-proof warmth meets caramel, vanilla cream, dark fruits, rye spice and a hint of tobacco. The finish is very long and warm, with dark chocolate, wood spice, charred oak and caramel.
