Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky introduced in 2024 as part of the distillery’s Sherry Oak Collection. Its 15-year maturation uses both ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks.
After these separate periods of maturation, the two components undergo a further maturation in Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky is bottled at 43% ABV.
