The bourbon is matured in new American oak barrels.
The nose is brown sugar, cinnamon and toasted vanilla. The palate is rich and rounded, with toffee, ripe cherries, spice, oak and molasses. The finish is medium to long, with a hint of leather, baking spice and sweet char.
