Buffalo Trace – Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl)

This is Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace, distilled, aged and bottled at the distillery. It is made from corn, rye and malted barley and comes in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey matures for years in new oak barrels, in warehouses that are a century old. The distillery's roots go back to 1849, and the Buffalo Trace name was adopted in 1999. It is described as rich and complex on the palate, with vanilla, toffee and candied fruit, and a smooth finish that lingers.
