Buffalo Trace K.W.S. Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery, drawn from Barrel #065 and bottled at 45% ABV in a 37.5cl bottle.
The distillery stands on the banks of the Kentucky River and describes its bourbon as made the same way for more than 200 years. In the glass it is a deep amber.
The nose offers vanilla, mint and molasses. Brown sugar and spice on the palate give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise, and the finish is long and smooth.
