Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from corn, rye and malted barley, and comes in a 375ml bottle. It matures in new oak barrels in century-old warehouses at the distillery in Franklin County, Kentucky.
The whiskey is a deep amber colour. The nose is vanilla, mint and molasses. The palate is pleasantly sweet, with brown sugar and spice, then oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise.
The finish is long and smooth.
