Bulleit Bourbon (70cl)

Bulleit Bourbon takes its inspiration from the whiskey begun by Augustus Bulleit more than 150 years ago. The mash bill combines rye, corn and malted barley, made with special yeast strains and Kentucky water filtered through limestone. The rye content is especially high, which gives the bourbon a bold, spicy character and a clean, smooth finish. In the glass it is a medium amber. The nose offers gentle spice and sweet oak, the palate is smooth with maple, oak and nutmeg, and the finish is long, dry and satiny with a hint of toffee.
