A Bunnahabhain distilled in 1978 and bottled by Signatory for its 35th anniversary. It is bottled at 41.5% and comes in a 70cl bottle.
Bunnahabhain faces Jura from the north-eastern corner of Islay. It was built in 1881, so remote that a long road down to the sea had to be made before building could start. Its water comes from the Margadale, an underground spring, and is relatively lightly peated for the island. Burn Stewart Distillers owns the distillery today.
